All sales are final UNLESS the item(s) was damaged during shipping OR the incorrect item(s) was sent.
No exchanges or returns can be made due to change of mind.
To make a return of a damaged or incorrect item(s):

Send item(s) with your original packing slip - including your email address, phone number and shipping address, phone number and shipping address - if not already listed on the packing slip. Include a description of the damage.

We recommend that you send any returns by recorded delivery and retain the proof of postage/courier.
All returns remain your property until they are delivered to us. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
We will reimburse return shipping for damaged item(s) and will send the replacement(s) at no cost to you.
You can create a customer account with us when you order, but this is not necessary. The only information we hold on your account is the email address you have created the account with. When you make an order we are supplied with the delivery address.
You are welcome to make changes to your account at any time, email us at email@example.com if you require a password reset.
